To register with Explore CRS for the 2022/2023 recruitment season and attend a recruitment fair, please contact us.

We provide:

  • CV referrals throughout the academic year
  • Attendance of two recruiters at fair
  • One space at fair
  • Catering: 2x buffet lunches, 2x mixer events
  • Use of client lounge and exhibition space in the ballroom.
  • Extra recruiters attending or extra interview space can be added for an additional cost.
  • A session designed for senior leadership attendees (details TBC)
  • A session designed for all levels from teachers to up to senior leaders
  • Second client briefing (for schools arriving later in the day).
  • Client mixer.
  • An informal event to speak with attending clients from other schools
  • (drinks and canapés provided).

  • Professional development workshops have become a key feature of our Shanghai fair and in
  • Continuing to build on the success of these, Explore CRS would like to invite interested schools to send a representative to deliver a PD workshop at this year’s event.

Please note that one registration fee allows the school to attend the fair AND receive the referral of suitable candidates throughout the academic year.

  • As part of preparation for the fair, Explore CRS offers a referral service.
  • CRS consultants will look to refer suitable candidates for the school and its vacancies. They will also prepare a USB with selected candidates that consultants feel would be interested in the school.
  • Shortly before the fair, schools will have access to a basic database where they can also view all pre-registered candidates and contact them directly if they wish.
